Experienced in operating across African and international markets, including founder-led growth environments, donor-funded programmes, turnaround situations, and multi-site operations. Brings a practical leadership style grounded in accountability, systems thinking, data-informed decision-making, and the disciplined execution of strategy under pressure.

Combines extensive frontline clinical experience with senior leadership expertise in quality systems, governance, inspection preparedness, and continuous improvement.
Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex clinical trial portfolios, and implementing quality frameworks across local and international environments. Her work has included oversight of global clinical development programmes, regulatory engagement, quality management systems, risk mitigation, CAPA management, inspection readiness, operational excellence initiatives, and the development of high-performing clinical operations teams.
Having held senior leadership positions at Bayer and Quintiles, she brings a practical and disciplined approach to quality, compliance, and operational performance. Her expertise spans ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, clinical governance, quality management systems, process optimisation, training, and organisational capability development. Having served in executive technology leadership roles across healthcare, research, government, and private-sector organisations, he brings a practical and results-driven approach to innovation, data governance, cybersecurity, digital health, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled operational improvement. His focus is on aligning technology strategy with organisational objectives to improve performance, strengthen resilience, and create sustainable long-term value.
